“I had a party of 21 that couldn’t fit at the bar at The Bistro and the manager of the hotel invited my entire party into the lobby and made sure we were able to order drinks and have a good time. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was incredible and I hope her manager sees this. This was back in February during peak season for skiing and they took such good care of my large party. Highly recommend!!!”

“Great location, comfortable rooms, coffee, tea, (mix) hot chocolate and cider available at all times in the lobby. Free breakfast was perfectly serviceable and staff were always kind. Great front porch for relaxing and a fire inside when it’s too cold to be outside. For the money I paid, I have no complaints. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in downtown Jackson.”

“I found the Virginian Lodge on TikTok when looking for a one night stay in Jackson. I am so so glad we stayed. The lodge is adorable and so well kept up. The lobby was so cozy with 24/7 tea, coffee and hot cocoa. The front desk attendants were so kind and lovely. The beds and shower were AMAZING. the rooms were so homey and the perfect place to stay in Jackson!!”

“Great experience! Made reservation for 2 at 5:30, arrived early and was easier and more engaging at bar so sat there to eat instead of a table. Early enough that we were first seated, but bar and restaurant became full before we left. The bartender and server proceeded to take care of us with excellent service and recommendations on wine, steak style (go with the salt block!), and sides - don't miss the baked potato, unique prep and the best I've ever had. Wine recommendation was perfect. Loved the ambience and warmth!”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Rustic Inn! I did a lot of research ahead of time on where to say and I am so glad we chose this place. We went with a creek side cabin and it did not disappoint. It is the perfect balance of seclusion, cozy/intimate & romantic but still having all the amenities of staying in a hotel. Everyone who worked at the hotel was so kind and accommodating-appreciate you all! It was also extremely clean which is a big deal for me-every time we stepped outside I noticed someone cleaning up the lobby or the grounds-you can tell they are taking really good care of this space. We never utilized the breakfast buffet as we chose to go into town but it looked tasty! We did however absolutely utilize the shuttle-it is such a great option to have, especially staying in the wintertime when it is too cold to walk. However, the location of the Rustic Inn is perfect-we did actually wind up walking back one day when the weather was more mild and it would be totally doable in the summer/warmer months. You are right outside of town so nice and convenient to all that Jackson has to offer, but also across from the Elk Refuge-so you get the nature/outdoor feeling as well. If you are debating where to stay in Jackson and looking for a convenient location, friendly staff, great amenities and the rustic feel of Jackson-chose this place! We can't wait to return in the warmer months one day. Thank you Rustic Inn!”

“Spacious room, a little outdated but cute cabin look. Older smaller bathroom like most motels. Bunk beds were a nice touch even for my teenagers-they enjoyed not having to share a bed wish more places had this. We had a 5th person and they offered to bring in a twin size mattress for the floor, which worked great in this large room. Such nice staff ! Close walking distance to Start Bus stop which is a free town shuttle! Also close to grocery store, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants.”

“I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel/motel. The rooms thought of everything. So much storage, nice shampoo/body wash/lotions and loved the sink. So many extra little touches like the ear plugs… The pool/hot tub was fun… lounge was relaxing with great games, cocktails and a good food menu. We regularly come to Jackson and we will be back here.”
“I have been staying at this super 8 every year in December and this is my third time coming here. Devon is always the one that ends up checking me in on Friday, he always remembers me from the year before and always provides top notch service. He is very personable, and very accommodating to make sure my stay is a great one. Everything is always clean, the breakfast is always adequately stocked, and if I ever have any concerns he is always on top of it. The other desk staff is always very pleasant and accommodating as well. As long as I keep doing my business trip out here every year I will continue to come to this super 8.”

I was very satisfied with the rooms as I ca definitely tell when a room is outdated and I didn’t feel uncomfortable AT ALL.
