“We stayed here one night for visiting the Grand Teton National Park. The location is great, near to the target and some restaurants in the town. I love the vintage wooden style of this hotel. We took our dinner at the first floor of the hotel, and the food over there is also great! Room is pretty and spaceful. It even has two sinks, one in the bathroom and one is just near the entrance. Overall our experience is fantastic~

“I had a party of 21 that couldn’t fit at the bar at The Bistro and the manager of the hotel invited my entire party into the lobby and made sure we were able to order drinks and have a good time. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was incredible and I hope her manager sees this. This was back in February during peak season for skiing and they took such good care of my large party. Highly recommend!!!”

“What started as a stressful evening with an unpleasant Airbnb situation turned into one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had, thanks to the exceptional team at Hotel Jackson.

After finding ourselves in an unsatisfactory Airbnb at 9 PM, we called Hotel Jackson and a few other local hotels Brianna answered our call and immediately turned our night around. Within 20 minutes, we were pulling up to the hotel, where we were greeted by attentive valet service and swift check-in. Walking into our room, we were amazed to find chocolates, champagne, and a perfectly climate-controlled space waiting for us – a complete contrast to what we'd just left.

The culinary experience at Figs was consistently excellent. We enjoyed breakfast there twice, and when our dinner plans unexpectedly changed one evening, the hotel's in-room dining service came to our rescue. Special mention goes to Cole, whose service in the restaurant was outstanding.

The housekeeping team's attention to detail was similar. Our room was impeccably maintained, showing the high standards the hotel maintains throughout every aspect of service.

What truly sets Hotel Jackson apart is their staff's ability to transform a potentially ruined evening into the foundation of wonderful memories for our first wedding anniversary celebration. From Brianna's late-night rescue to the consistent excellence of every team member we encountered, the level of service was 10/10.”

“Location is the Key!!! Perfect Hotel to spend your time in Jackson Hole!!! Walking distance to everything! Private Gated Parking Lot one block away.
Beds and Pillows were Awesome ! Room was a Double Queen with lots a room and the Shower was Great! Our room was Spotless. We ate dinner at the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill it was Excellent and not overpriced at all. We also ate at the Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse ( for my 60th ) my wife had a steak and I had Trout and it was Amazing Great Service in a Awesome space again not overpriced.
If I make back to Jackson Hole I'm staying at The Wort Hotel!!

“Great location, comfortable rooms, coffee, tea, (mix) hot chocolate and cider available at all times in the lobby. Free breakfast was perfectly serviceable and staff were always kind. Great front porch for relaxing and a fire inside when it’s too cold to be outside. For the money I paid, I have no complaints. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in downtown Jackson.”

“I found the Virginian Lodge on TikTok when looking for a one night stay in Jackson. I am so so glad we stayed. The lodge is adorable and so well kept up. The lobby was so cozy with 24/7 tea, coffee and hot cocoa. The front desk attendants were so kind and lovely. The beds and shower were AMAZING. the rooms were so homey and the perfect place to stay in Jackson!!”

“Great experience! Made reservation for 2 at 5:30, arrived early and was easier and more engaging at bar so sat there to eat instead of a table. Early enough that we were first seated, but bar and restaurant became full before we left. The bartender and server proceeded to take care of us with excellent service and recommendations on wine, steak style (go with the salt block!), and sides - don't miss the baked potato, unique prep and the best I've ever had. Wine recommendation was perfect. Loved the ambience and warmth!”

“Very well located on the outskirts of town. So parking is easy. It’s a roadside motel but it’s very well soundproofed so it’s very quiet.

“Spacious room, a little outdated but cute cabin look. Older smaller bathroom like most motels. Bunk beds were a nice touch even for my teenagers-they enjoyed not having to share a bed wish more places had this. We had a 5th person and they offered to bring in a twin size mattress for the floor, which worked great in this large room. Such nice staff ! Close walking distance to Start Bus stop which is a free town shuttle! Also close to grocery store, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants.”

“Lot's of bad reviews on Google. so I was somewhat skeptical.
I paid close to $300/nt. using some points. The room was older but exceptionally clean. Had a top floor room so no noise from above but you will have to carry your luggage, no elevator.
The room was cleaned and stocked everyday, The service workers seem like they have a lot of pride in their job. It was great to come back to a clean and tidy room after a long day in the Tetons.
The location was close to Albertson's, Whole Foods and a Target, not walkable with groceries but a short drive away.
We walked the 2 miles to Downtown Jackson several times.
Had a good Wi-Fi signal. Go ahead and book but I would get a top floor. Picture is the breakfast area.”
