The Lodge at Jackson Hole is a great hotel with comfortable, roomy rooms and a cute design featuring animals. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Many guests enjoyed the good breakfast, noting it is worth the extra cost, though some felt the food was not worth $5 and found the waffle irons difficult. The shuttle to downtown is a convenient service, though it gets busy. A disappointment for some was the closed pool and hot tub, with only a tiny sister hotel pool offered. The hotel is only a short drive from town. Most guests would highly recommend it and stay again.
Can’t say enough good things about this location. Great for families, location was perfect, and staff was top notch. Great indoor/outdoor pool that the kids love.

It's located in a nice spot and the staff wasn't to friendly but the room's were good. Thinking about coming back here in the near future.

I am not sure where the earlier one star review with my name on it came from! I stayed here as part of a tour group, and there was absolutely nothing that I disliked about it, right down to the little bears hanging from the different balconies! I highly recommend it!
