“Very impressed with this property! The room was amazing and fairly priced for the area. This hotel pays attention to the details! They have a snack bar in the lobby and second floor atrium with small complimentary snacks, which is a nice gesture. The spa was awesome, which is basically a large hot tub room that is meticulously designed. The bed was hands down the comfiest hotel bed we ever slept on; best sleep we got in a long time being away from home. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Shout out to Sam at the front desk who provided exceptional customer service!”

“I had a party of 21 that couldn’t fit at the bar at The Bistro and the manager of the hotel invited my entire party into the lobby and made sure we were able to order drinks and have a good time. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was incredible and I hope her manager sees this. This was back in February during peak season for skiing and they took such good care of my large party. Highly recommend!!!”

“I grew up coming to the ranch, and twenty plus years later, it’s the same in all the right ways. The staff is so kind, helpful, and truly accommodating. While you can leave the property, there is no need to with daily activities as well as morning and afternoon horseback riding through the national park. You’ll create a wonderful bond with your horse by the end of the week, you won’t want to leave. It’s a place of serenity and beauty- the Tetons right in view and the wildlife that surrounds you. I cannot recommend RLazyS enough. It’s great for couples, families, and single folks. Kids have to be a certain age to be there and able to ride a horse, but they are managed by a “kiddie wrangler” throughout the week. So for those worried and/or don’t want to be around the kids, you’ll have the separation you’re looking for. The food is fantastic, and no, it’s not the hamburgers and hotdogs you would think of while camping. The quality and variety of the food is great, and there are always snacks about during non-meal times. Are the cabins nice? Yes. Are they “luxury”? No. But are you really coming to a dude ranch for luxury? BYO toiletries (including shampoo and conditioner) and any other snacks or beverages you may want. While there’s no A/C in the cabins, the cool nightly temperatures even in the summer cool things right down. While WiFi is available, I would recommend spending your down time playing the many games available in the lodge or enjoying one of the many books with a beautiful view in front of you.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is luxurious but in an effortless casual way, not stuffy or pretentious. The staff especially is attentive, friendly and cordial. Everything was very clean, the street is far enough from the bustle of the main square and the associated gym is amazing. Lastly the complimentary hot breakfast is superb. Recommended!”

“Had a good time during our stay, staff were very friendly, only gripe is the room had some damage to small parts of the floor and the walls are paper thin. We expected the included tea and coffee to he cheapy powder packets, but it is a full machine that also includes beverages like chai tea and hot chocolate, all for free! Would definitely recommend a 2nd story room so you don’t hear people walking above you.”

“The White Buffalo Club Restaurant is one of the things you MUST do while in Jackson. The filet minion cooked on a salt block is the BEST steak I have ever had. They also have yummy sides and a great wine list. This time we had Jaden as our server. She did an amazing job. She was very sweet and took great care of us.”

“Spacious room, a little outdated but cute cabin look. Older smaller bathroom like most motels. Bunk beds were a nice touch even for my teenagers-they enjoyed not having to share a bed wish more places had this. We had a 5th person and they offered to bring in a twin size mattress for the floor, which worked great in this large room. Such nice staff ! Close walking distance to Start Bus stop which is a free town shuttle! Also close to grocery store, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants.”

“We absolutely loved the Rustic Inn! When planning our trip, I had looked at several of the other highly recommended places to stay in Jackson Hole, and they weren’t available for our dates. I can honestly say I’m SO glad they weren’t because Rustic Inn was AMAZING!

The property is beautiful and has the perfect rustic, mountain feel. It truly felt like we were in Wyoming and fit the whole feel of our vacation perfectly.

We actually stayed in both a King Cabin and a Superior Guest Room with Fireplace, so we got to experience both. While we enjoyed the cabin, the Superior Guest Room with Fireplace was well worth the little bit extra—especially if you love that cozy log-cabin feel. I would also highly recommend requesting an upper-level room. We loved having the balcony and the view!

We had both breakfast and dinner at the resort, and the food was delicious. Everyone we encountered on the staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is another big plus—close enough to easily enjoy downtown Jackson, but the property itself feels peaceful and tucked away from all the activity.

Rustic Inn ended up being one of those happy surprises that made our trip even better than we planned. If we return to Jackson Hole, we wouldn’t even look anywhere else. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it!”

“Stayed 4 nights while traveling to see Grand Tetons National Park. Beds were comfortable, never had a problem with noise, breakfast was great, and pool was very nice. Too far of a walk to go downtown but they have shuttle service for guest use that will get you to all the hot spots. A family member had a medical emergency near the lobby and the front desk was so helpful in assisting us with calling 911 and remaining calm in a very frightening situation for us. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend The Lodge at Jackson Hole.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Modern Hotel in Jackson! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great modern mountain-lodge atmosphere that fit perfectly with our Grand Teton getaway.

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Jackson and visit Grand Teton National Park. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back and relax.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We loved the combination of modern style and rustic mountain charm. We would definitely stay at Mountain Modern Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jackson and Grand Teton National Park!”

“Loved the country vibes! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. $400 per night was the most I've ever spent for a Super 8 but I guess that's supply and demand at it's finest.

Accessable room 111 was good overall but bed was too high for wheelchair users to transfer in. Consider lowering bed to between 18-24 inches.”
