“Spent a week skiing in Jackson Hole. Jessica hooked us up with everything we needed. House for 9, rental car, ski rental, plane tickets made it very easy. Would go that route again. Area was great, not a beginner mountain as the greens were very easy and the easiest blue a step above. Would go back tomorrow, if I could”

“All sugary items arrived to me in Fort Laud, FL, within a week of ordering, in perfect condition, despite no ice/cool pack inside the box. My chocolate did not melt, not even a little bit. Everything tastes oh so good, especially the addictive dark chocolate covered malt balls. If for better containers to contain the chocolate items, this would be a 5-star rating. The paper tabs tear upon opening and resealing the chocolate and lemon drops. I had to use duct tape to reseal my items, but if you finish your sweets in one sitting, you'll be happy.”

Service was great, and Scot went out of his way to be helpful online; his father was also wonderful when I shopped in person at his Jackson store. His father actually told me what not to buy, and what to buy that would look good on me! He didn't want me to buy bracelets that were too large for my wrist. I highly recommend this store.”

“I was in JH for a wedding in August. I was walking by The shop … and smelled an amazing scent. I had to go in and find out if it was a candle and did they sell it. They were out .. but gave me the website to order. I did that as soon as I got home. I recently ordered again.. for Christmas Gifts. I love the signature candle & diffuser. “The gem of HOPE.My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jackson Hole. While we were there we stopped into Pearl by Shari. I had seen information about Shari and her company in a magazine and was telling my husband that when it came time to purchase a pearl set, I wanted to do so through this company. It was chance that we stumbled upon the shop and then had the pleasure of speaking with Shari directly. She and her staff spent so much time educating us and offering us multiple options to choose from. I felt no pressure to purchase but I did feel like a million dollars every time they put one of their gorgeous pieces on me. Her designs are well thought out for the modern women. The purchasing process was seamless as well. Having this special gem feels like a blessing. Looking forward to returning again and picking out another special piece by Shari.”

John helped us find a bolo tie and matching earrings for my fiancée for our upcoming wedding. He did a great job explaining the different stones, inlays, and meanings behind the different pieces. “This place was attached to the t-shirt shop where we bought some good quality apparel. Lucky You seemed to have a mixture of the same stuff you'd see at the other shops with some local unique products. We picked up some huckleberry scented candles, antlers and stickers here for the kids. Between this store and Lee's T's....we probably could of just shopped these 2 places and skipped store-hopping the rest.”

“Excellent customer service, both via their website and in person. I had a specific bracelet in mind, and then was told there was the option of the same bracelet but without a diamond in it. ( didn’t see it on the website) Obviously, that created a different price point. I appreciated that I could choose from one or the other. I haven’t received it yet, but can’t wait. It fit all the items on my list of bracelet “wants”so I think it’s going to be perfect.”
