“Excellent experience with the staff and fishing team here! A great inventory of well made outfitting items and clothing. The real winner is the fishing guide, Wes! Wes provided the float trip of a lifetime on the Snake River. We caught and released about 40 Cutthroat Trout on the fly!”
“Caught a very small coreshot while skiing. Made the mistake of calling rei first to see if they’d fix it. They tried to charge 130 for a full tune plus 2 day turn around. Hoback charged me 5 bucks and had it done in an hour. They do it right.”
“I had purchased several patches to repair a parka that my dog team had ripped. One of the patches started to lift after a couple of days. I didn't report it, I figured oh well it didn't work. I was on the mailing list and an email came that wanted their customers to recommend them to friends. I replied back to the email that I didn't think I could recommend based on price and the patch lifting shortly after applying. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a response to find out exactly what was going on. They gave a hint of hitting the spot with a blow dryer but they would send me out a replacement. A couple weeks later the replacement arrived. I felt they really wanted to make things right when corresponding with them. I would buy again.”

“A small shop selling souvenirs. There are many animal specimens in it, just like a museum. However, there are many animal furs in it. I don’t know if they are real. The price is quite cheap. I hope the animals died naturally.”
