They go out of their way to assist customers, such as assembling equipment for trips or quickly resolving issues like a broken CPAP headgear. While the staff is friendly and responsive, some healthcare professionals have found their efficiency and experience in sleep DME to be lacking. Overall, Western Medical is reliable for emergency needs and personalized service, especially with the new ownership team.

I needed a knee scooter last minute on my trip to Yellow Stone. This place had them in stock, but once they learned I was going to Yellow Stone, they went out of their way to pull a newly received off road version, assembled it while I waited to make sure I had the knee scooter needed for my trip. Excellent customer service.

As a healthcare professional, Western Medical was very difficult to work with. They lacked efficiency and experience in sleep DME. However, they were very kind and did answer the phone the majority of the times I called. I would advise pts and healthcare professionals to avoid using western medical as of now.
