I have been treated very considerate, every time I have entered their store. At first it was just for a watch battery change. Later I needed a repair and they were considerate and told me that it may take awhile. I appreciate having a nice jewelers shop in the town of Laramie.

Alexander's does excellent work. In the past month they've repaired my platinum wedding ring and a best-loved watch, both beautifully and quickly. I recommend them highly.

Brought in an engagement ring (family heirloom from the 40s) for resizing and refinishing, got it back about a week later and it is perfect! It really looks like a whole new ring. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and I enjoyed every aspect of my experience here.
