“We bought a leather couch a little over a year ago from Haskell’s. A couple months ago we started to experience problems with the mechanism on one side of the power recliner on the couch. I called to discuss this with them. They sent someone to take a look at it. It was decided they would order the part need to fix it. After about a month I was told that the part wouldn’t be here until August. We said okay, we really didn’t have the choice but to wait. Yesterday out of the blue, they called us and told us they were replacing the couch. It was in with the new and out with the broken one today.
