I was even call by her after everything was done to make sure everything was going well. “Bank of the West is a smaller national bank which may not have the same urgency tools as larger national banks. However, when I was going through a major private financial situation, they did an excellent job protecting my interests and have continued at the same level to this day. I've been banking with them for 16 years and they have provided top notch service even with the inconvenience of the hours. The only thing is their national 1-800 number does not have 24 hour service. But that's not reflective of the service you'll find at this Casper branch, which was my original bank.”
