Went to UPS to send back a package and the clerk said the other girl was gone all day and she didn’t have a scanner or something like that!! Wasted my time and gas to send my package back and I couldn’t even send it. Can’t you get reliable people for the 2 1/2 hours your open? The delivery people are great

Hours are a bit short and although Spectrum says you can drop off cable boxes to them for shipping, they do not shop cable boxes back to Spectrum, which is not the fault of UPS.

After several years of delivery at my address UPS now says that the street address is incorrect. How can that be?? This has happened multiple times over the past 2 months.
