Went to UPS to send back a package and the clerk said the other girl was gone all day and she didn’t have a scanner or something like that!! Wasted my time and gas to send my package back and I couldn’t even send it. Can’t you get reliable people for the 2 1/2 hours your open? The delivery people are great
