“Arrived in town in a motorhome towing a jeep, to visit relatives. Was to be in town 2 days. When I unhooked the Jeep, I found there was nearly NO braking functionality. Fluid reservoir was empty. I found fluid leaking from brake assembly on one of the rear wheels. John (owner or manager) told me on the phone that his schedule was full already, but he would look at it if I could get it to his shop. I was able to creep slowly to his shop, using only side streets. His crew resolved the issue and had me back on the road, shortly. And pricing was certainly fair. I tried to slip John a little cash "tip" to show my appreciation for his helpfulness. He would not accept it. He told me that helping people out was just the right thing to do. And he hoped if ever he was in my shoes, someone would be kind enough to help HIM out. If I lived in the area, Fix It Right would be my go-to shop for any & all of my auto repair needs.”

“When we got to Riverton Wyoming, our van was making funny sounds around one of the wheels. Upon asking around I was amazed to find Les Schwab tire centers are in Wyoming now. In fact, they were right up the street.I have depended on Les Schwab for many years, and cannot tell you how many times they have bailed me out of a tough spot. Today once again, they did the same. The manager, Jordan (Really nice fella), had a guy there to work on it in just a few minutes. That young man, Garrett, spent over an hour, working on my wheels, checking over my rig, making sure tire pressure was right, inspected the brakes, cleaned extensively behind each wheel… And then he sent me on my way without charging me one cent!!! Problem fixed!I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a similar experience at Les Schwab’s. Garrett was also a really nice guy, very professional, wouldn’t stop till he did an excellent job.
