I been calling union for three days always on hold. I was planning on supporting our local business but that doesn't seem wise. ?

Purchased a new phone from them, had trouble with it the first day. They couldn't find anything wrong. Contacted the phone maker and they asked Union to replace my phone with a new one. They refused and stated I had to send my broke one into to have repaired! Not happy with that!
