“I love the Rock Spings branch, especially Amy she is fantastic. But I called in this morning and it connected me to a Cheyenne line. A woman with a British accent answered. I had some questions about a fee. She kept using terms that's confusing to the consumer. I don't know what NSF means or ACH or any of her institution abbreviations. I kept trying to explain myself. And she kept repeating herself getting more annoyed with every sentence, never answering the questions I had. She then later hung up. No have a good day no n good bye, nothing. Just hung up. She was very inconsiderate and abrupt. Everyone at Meridian is wonderful and professional, except that woman.”
