“Very helpful, had the parts we needed to fix a water connection on our RV while on the road. Problem is I learned after installing them that they are defective and leak. Yes I use Teflon tape, etc. three levels of employees over the phone are baulking at refunding me, like as though I can drive hundreds of miles out of the way just to return these items. If the outcome is positive, I will certainly revise this review.
Update: when I was finally able to reach the manager he issued a credit on my card even though Ace will not reimburse him because he does not have the parts. That was very helpful.”
