“I called to inquire about a hi vis hat, no luck, but was given a couple other stores in town to check. Unfortunately, I had already checked her recommendations. Upon hearing this, she radioed to the rest of the staff to get other recommendations, and she came back to say they had one tucked away in the hunting section! Grateful for her! Kudos to her for going out of her way to get other recommendations from the rest of the staff.
I will add that the register double scanned one of my items, and it sounded like this may be a reoccurring issue with their machines. No fault to the employee, but it may be something for someone higher up to look into.”
“All the employees were very helpful. Had a return and were looking for other items, they went out of their way to help. Especially Warren, he has wonderful Customer Service skills!”
“Jenny helped us and checked us out. She was so helpful and sweet! My kids are a lot and she even let them help at check out and played into their game of pretending they were driving the cart.
All smiles and a great attitude definitely helped start our day off right!
Give that girl a raise! 🫶”
“Great knowledgeable employee! Any plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or any other area, this guy can help! Impressive! The store was all stocked, quite the variety, and designed nicely! Easy to find, and enter and exit from! Great asset to this community! Went in with low expectations of finding the right parts needed to finish a problem project! The next thing we know, we're out the door with everything needed! Thank you again!!!”
“Staff is always friendly, and happy to help. I've had them do some pretty significant research to answer some of my questions. Any time I've had an issue they take full accountability and bend over backwards to make it right. This store is full of good, honest people and they've earned a customer for life.”

“I found here propane to refill in our RV. The staff was super friendly and did the job very quickly, while the guys from Flying-G had nobody to do the job in the afternoon.”
