“It is an excellent renovated space with a restaurant, bar, heated pool, and oversized jacuzzi. It is central to Teton Village, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are as expected (nice) for a 3-star property. The overall experience is better than that of some 4-star properties. Keep it up, and keep delivering value!”

“Great location at the base of mountains next to ski lift station. We were there in early Sept 24. Our room was fairly large and comfortable. It was away from Jackson's traffic !!! Moose Wilson Road gave us GREAT access to Grand Teton NP @ a SW entrance. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Teton Village. We'd stay there again.

Rooms: Fairly large and comfortable. No complaints.

Nearby activities: Ski lift is a short walk from front door. EASY access to Grand Teton NP and Jackson Hole area.

Safety: We felt very safe during our whole time there both day and night. Wildlife near the roads was really the only safety concern but drive with caution. We were there for wildlife and scenic views and we got both.

Walkability: Easy walk to ski lifts and several restaurants.”

“Our first visit to the Jackson home was a notable experience. Considering the hotel's desirable location and premium rates, I had high standards. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that amenities would be unavailable due to ongoing construction, which was a letdown. The lobby was located beyond a parking lot filled with construction equipment, including a large crane. Moreover, my husband had to park and walk a considerable distance back to the hotel, which was not convenient. We considered leaving but decided to stay due to the late hour. Fortunately, we encountered Marthy, an exceptional employee who provided prompt assistance. His warm smile and kind demeanor made us feel welcome, and he ensured a smooth check-in process. The next day, he addressed us by name, offered guidance, and suggested local activities, demonstrating exemplary customer service. Marthy's dedication to customer service was the primary reason we chose to stay. His efforts had a significant impact, and I hope his hard work is acknowledged. If I were a business owner, I would extend a job offer to him without hesitation.”
