“I didn’t catch or check her name but the lady that helped me was extremely helpful and nice. I needed to stop by for an in-person identity proofing for a change of address. I was in and out in less than 1 minute. Much appreciated!”

“I went to a FedEx Office Store in Cheyenne to ship a package because I had FedEx Home label. I needed help with packing and staff at FedEx said they couldn’t help me. Very disappointing. So I went to this UPS Store and they were more than willing to help me. And they did. So refreshing to see people and a company willing to help. Huge thumbs up to Dave and his staff!!”

“Best Postal Worker! I didnt ask her name. This Lady processed 8 boxes today at 11:20 a.m. after we left Dell Range Office with 20 plus people in line. It was just good timing on my part, but it made a great impact on the efiiciency of an entity that gets derided. (I personally just dont like their parking choices).”

“I probably come here once a week dropping off packages and everyone working is very nice. Most notably, I always seem to see Paul, who is so friendly and very kind to my son too. One of our favorite errands to run because of these guys! Keep doing incredible work!”

“We've placed several large orders through this FedEx location and it has been a great experience every time! This most recent occasion in particular, Summer went above and beyond to make sure we got our prints and materials on time. She helped us resolve some technical issues with the files, rushed to get everything turned around on time, proactively communicated, and was so nice despite all the roadblocks! Thanks Summer & FedEx team!”

“This USPS is great! During the holiday season they've been very helpful, the lines move pretty good (they have people out to foyer.). The USPS system is flawed, the staff seems to be rolling with the flow. Merry Christmas”
