I didn’t catch or check her name but the lady that helped me was extremely helpful and nice. I needed to stop by for an in-person identity proofing for a change of address. I was in and out in less than 1 minute. Much appreciated!

Good service, no line, lady there is very helpful. Hours 10-1 and 2-5 Mon -Fri. PO boxes available to rent very reasonable.

Their hours have changed to 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. and I am not off of work on those hours so I cannot receive anything...UPDATE: hours have changed to all day and wonderful customer service.
