“I am from the lower mainland. My son lives in Whitehorse. He was really stuck with a dead battery and was taking a taxi to work because he could not get a charge and had no ride (getting used to the temperature figuring out battery blankets, block heaters etc). A guy named Sheri from Napa offered to drive the battery to his house in Whistle bend after he got off his shift. He would not take money. A real save. Solid. My son will be buying all his stuff from Napa from now on. So will I in the lower mainland now. Thanks Sheri.”
“As far as the servicing went everything was good, what I had an issue with is booking an appointment, I tried the online booking requesting an appointment an got no reply, if you offer that service you should at least get back to someone; I. also. called and was told that they would call back when computers were back on line, that didnt happen. I eventually got hold of someone to book an appointment. So that part of the customer service sucks”
