“An extraordinary team that was super friendly, and super efficient. I broke a 4,000 lb spring on our RV 5th wheel. Drove 170 miles to their shop. They fabricated the replacement and a spare as I waited. It all fit perfect and we were back on the road the next day. I can’t say enough about how great these folks were. This is right place to be for travelers needing suspension help on their rig. Thank you ! We will never forget you !”

“Originally, when I was thinking about this review, it would have been a one star. However, as time progressed and communication with Toyota, particularly Holly, continued, it became clear to me that they valued customer service and value their customers. I do not live in the Yukon, but I have a vehicle here to drive while I’m working. There was a mixup in the spring with some work that should’ve been done and wasn’t, and then a vehicle that should’ve been ready and wasn’t. However, they offered a vehicle to use while mine was being finished, and then delivered it to one of the outlying communities where I was working. They have more than made up for the difficulty that was created. I highly recommend Whitehorse Toyota and will continue to be a valued customer until I retire and no longer need my vehicle. “I have been taking my 2010 F150 to Centennial for 3 years and have only had positive experiences with them. They did my timing chain replacement in spring 2025 as well as spring/summer check up and my truck is still running well with over 308,000km. These are all Ford trained mechanics and I trust them for repairs done on my vehicle. Mark (owner) and Doug (service manager) run the place very well, explain all aspects of what repairs need to be done (if needed) and don't push any unnecessary work. “We had an outstanding experience with Whitehorse Subaru Service Department. The Service Advisors were very helpful and thorough on explaining the problem. The Service Manager was very helpful with getting our car scheduled in and making sure we were back on the road in a couple of days. The Technician was very helpful and thorough with trying to figure out what the problem was. We had our 22 Subaru Outback wilderness towed from Dalton City Camp ground on the 25th of May 2025 to Whitehorse Subaru Service Department where they performed diagnostics and repairs to find that I had picked up bad gas along the way which caused us to be immobilized and had two shorten our trip. But thanks to Whitehorse Subaru Service Department we were able to catch our ferry back home from Haines Alaska in time. Thank you so much. You all were very helpful.”
