I arrived via air from Florida with my bike in a box only to discover the unique front axle missing on my Moots road bike. My entire 21 hour trip and week long ride on the Alaskan Highway would’ve been wasted had they not found a part that would work (even worked with my shop on phone to modify it slightly) and sent it out to me with the owner of my hotel who happened to be in town shopping!
