Work to rule attitude. Not very helpful.I was denied car rental based on some bureaucratic problem. It basically ruined my vacation in Yukon.

Decent car rental place. Best to call for availability. Check in/out process was quick and easy. However, make sure to check invoice before agreeing to payment as errors may occur, which happened to me. Courtesy pick up/drop off at airport is included, which is great!
