This business is so good to their customers. I've gone in twice with broken things that I was ready to buy again and they've replaced it. (I think it was covered by the manufacturer). Because they've got you in the system they know to replace for free.
They're knowledgeable and helpful. Try triniti first when you need electronics.

Great customer service.
My husband bought me an Apple Watch for Christmas at trinity and a couple months latter this one stop working, it wouldn’t charge. I took it to Trinity and they made sure i got a new one from Apple, I didn’t even have to worry about dealing with Apple about the warranty, they did all of that for me. When I went to pick up my new watch they told me it came without the band but they gave me one for free while I waited for the original to get here. I really appreciate the great customer service and how nice they were to me. I recommend Trinity.

Fantastic customer service! Triniti always goes above and beyond to understand your needs, explain options, and help you find the right product. Always friendly and genuine. Prices are fair, and it's nice to be able to shop locally.

I always have a great experience at Triniti! The service is amazing and the prices are very fair. The staff is amazing - very friendly, helpful and generous, especially a girl named Denith who is always so nice and goes out of her way to help you. I've bought tech from them a few times and it's always been a smooth process. They have a ton of products to choose from and they really know their stuff. They always have what I need. I definitely recommend them!

I always receive great service and fair prices at Trniti. We purchased the Clocky alarm clock for our teen son and it works! The sound is unusual and the run away feature is great. He's been getting out of bed on time in the mornings with me going to wake him up 4 or 5 times! It's a win

Came across Triniti Technology after an extensive search for the Sonos One 2nd Gen (discontinued now) they had it available at an amazing price compared to competitors. Shipping did take a bit as it came from Whitehorse > Ontario. However received the speaker before the expected date now we have full surround sound with our Sonos system.Thank you team,Dave

Knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, good selection and service, and most important perhaps, they're local. Their ability to price match is impressive and enables me to buy local as versus killing brick-and-mortar stores by doing everything through Amazon.

Went there to get two screens replaced on two separate phones. One was in stock, so we started a ticket to get them both repaired. After the one was repaired, I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my work order, they couldn't find my phone, and it took almost half an hour to track it down. The workmanship was poor, it didn't fit into my OtterBox case properly, and the sensitivity was so bad that I broke the screen pressing it in order to make it respond.Then, I brought my second phone in for repair, no joke, 6 weeks later. They had not gotten the stock to repair the screen that we had already arranged to have repaired, and had no record of my deposit, or the ticket being open, once again. After waiting at the counter almost 20 minutes, I just told them to keep my deposit, which they don't have a record of, and I will never go back againPoor service, poor workmanship, poor record keeping. If I ever need a phone repaired, I'll ship it out of territory rather than go back to this terrible little store
