“The ladies at the window are always very nice and go above and beyond to help. My carrier is friendly and always very careful with my packages. While the hours could be better for those of us that work, I'll happily trade the benefits of small town life and actually knowing who my postal workers are over the inconvenience of limited hours.”

“10/29/2022, at the US Post Office, Homewood, 2710 18th St S, B'ham, AL 35209-1904, the lady was so nice and friendly, but I do not know her name. In fact, every time I've come to this particular post office, I've always been treated real nice. Thank you so much. God bless! Mark Elders”
“The lady was very nice and friendly. I really appreciated her help with getting my mail on time to the right place. She was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained many details about how to send my mail for speedy delivery with several options. An outstanding representative for her company.”
