“Imagine this…..you’re 400 miles into a 600 mile drive to drop your son off at college. Your wife, son, dog and countless stuff is crammed into your car. All of a sudden, your car starts having a serious issue. Worst timing possible! You pull up Maps and take your chance with the closest repair shop and pull in unannounced. What was our extraordinary bad luck with the car, turned into amazingly good luck as the repair shop we rolled into was Jason’s! Best service experience I’ve ever had. He got us taken care of and saved the day. I only wish he was local to where I live. He’d be the only place I’d ever bring my cars. If you’re fortunate enough to be local to him, he’s who you need to be going to.”

They answered all my questions about maintenance on my new car that the sales person didn't explain well when I purchased the car. “These guys are absolutely amazing. I went in looking for assistance with a part and installation on my suv sunvisor. Even though this is not something they normally service , they immediately welcomed me and took my vehicle back to the shop and installed the new visor and corrected the existing one ! Their customer service was top notch and I will definitely be back to get running boards installed. Their kindness just earned a new customer for life ! And not to mention the store was so nice , clean and well organized. 5 stars is not enough to say how pleasant my experience there was today!”
“July 8th, 2025 I just turned in to the parking lot at Sherwin Williams just across from National Tire and Battery now Mavis Tire. I pulled in there due to having a flat tire. So, I went across the road , for I had to buy a new tire due to the sidewall having a cut. I didn’t get his last name, but Patrick help me select a new tire and helped me get back to my vehicle so I can put the tire on and get on my way. Not many people these days go out of their way to lend a helping hand. I’m elderly and Mr. Patrick was very helpful. I highly recommend this young man to help you when needing new tires. Patrick is what customer service is all about.”

“I brought my car to this shop at 8am with an overheating problem. The mechanic was able to diagnose and give me a quote within an hour. I was told it was my oil cooler that needed to be replaced, and was given a fair price on labor and parts. The mechanic had the job done by 3pm, which was great to have my car back the same day. “The people here at this shop were angels to us a year ago this July. We had broken down on the interstate on the way home from a very bad vacation... filled with heartache. One of the worst weeks of my life. As our car broke down, so did I... big time. We were able to get our car off the nearest exit and got it to this place. They were completely booked/full/busy and weren't going to take us, but I'm pretty sure one of them noticed how broken I was looking and they squeezed us in. Within an hour and a half, we were back on the road and headed home to Illinois. I haven't forgotten the kindness of that family there at Alabaster Auto Service... I keep our receipt from that day taped inside our cabinet door as a reminder and send prayers their way often.”
