We've financed multiple cars with them, refinanced cars, had business accounts open, personal accounts.. you name it, we've done it, and Kelley and the rest of the team at this branch has made it happen with ease! We now live in Texas, and refuse to leave them! We will always have an account with Eco, for sure as long as Kelley Calhoun is there! “My recent adventures in automobile purchasing let me know we needed to open up an account at a local credit union. I applied online, received a call the next day, and had an account set up within the next 30 minutes. The branch manager went above and beyond answering all my questions. I asked about taking photos and let her know I reviewed businesses on Google.It was a little awkward taking pictures in the bank. Contrary to the photos there are plenty of staff personnel working here. They opted not to be in the pictures, I don't blame them. I highly recommend this branch and Credit Union.”

“Valencia S. & Don L. were absolutely amazing! After working with two other local branches for almost a month due to fraud, I went into the Hoover branch. Valencia contacted the fraud department immediately and was able to get my account back on track the same. If it wasn't for her, I would still be waiting for the fraud department to provide online banking access. Don was also very helpful unfortunately I received the wrong account information from another branch for the new account which caused bill payments to be returned. He provided me with the correct account information and also gave me a letter of explanation for the error. Both issues were solved within the same day and I received communication. I highly recommend this branch for their professionalism and great attention to detail.”
“Keith Thrasher and his team are amazing , I have banked with MSCU for almost 10 years and I must say that it has been the best experience. From the friendly service I received every time I entered the branch , their invested time , making sure you have all the information needed as it pertains to my various accounts , loans and etc . This team has been very patient, answered every question thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable whether I was opening personal accounts , estate accounts , getting their credit card or applying for loans .
