“I had a great experience with Jamie and the guys at Jack’s Garage. He diagnosed everything quickly and accurately and replaced the ignition switch at a very reasonable price. He test drove my truck after the repair was completed and had it ready for pick up on time, as promised. After previously taking my truck to two auto repair shops and getting the “run around”, Jack’s was honest, efficient and accurate. One of the shops told me I needed a $6,000 transmission……nope. After Jack’s repaired it, my truck is running great with no issues at all with the transmission. Needless to say, I’m a very happy customer and will be back for sure!”

“These guys will simply not take my money. I don't know what's wrong with them. Two cars I tried to bring in, they looked them over, test drove, said it wasn't necessary to service the transmission (even ruled transmission out for a problem I thought HAD to be related). Very strange people but I guess if you're the type of person that doesn't like to spend money if you don't have to, this is the shop for you! Ten stars.”

“Took my 2007 Mazda 6 with 174,000 miles in thinking I needed transmission work as fluid needed to be added a couple times, however, they advised against tearing into it stating 174,000 wasn't enough milage to warrant opening it up. So I picked it up and have been driving it ever since, no issues. I can't explain why it became a non-issue, but I can't help but figure if they weren't honest people, they would just have stuck a new transmission in it and I would have never been the wiser. I'm about to take my old 97 GMC to them to have it checked out. By the way I called 3 different auto shops in my area of Chelsea and all 3 said without hesitation George & Charles did all their transmission work, and they were the best.”

“I called Karl after he was referred to me by the guys over at Express Oil Change after I made an online appointment with them to get my transmission flushed (a service they could not, in fact, provide, despite the Internet leading me astray).Karl was polite and extremely knowledgeable just over the phone. He asked questions about the car, the problems I was having, and said that before he went ahead and flushed *anything*, he wanted to take the car in and run some diagnostics, find out if that was indeed what was needed. He worked with my schedule to get me an appointment, and was patient with my overanxious phone calls leading up to it.In person, Karl was an amazing fellow. Friendly, personable, approachable, and as on the phone - PATIENT. He held my car overnight, and I got a call from him the following morning.He explained the causes of the issues I was having with the car, and continued to share that while he COULD replace some parts, it wouldn’t actually change the performance of the vehicle. He assured me that it was safe to drive, and gave me his professional recommendations for the future.And then he didn’t charge me a cent.It was so reassuring to deal with someone in this business who didn’t see dollar signs the moment I, a female, walked into the shop!
