“They did a fantastic job on my car. They started on it as soon as I dropped it off. I had been dealing with the car shutting off with the AC being on, when I hit the brake. Found out the spark plugs wasn't replaced correctly from another repair I had done by a different shop. They cleaned the throttle body, did a 🛢 oil change, and now my car is🚗 running smoothly and the ac is staying on when I come to a hault. Nobody else could fix it and they made guesses on what might be wrong with it. I thank God it is been fixed. Had been dealing with this since May 2025.”

“I have had more than one positive experience with this company. Recently I took my ford focus in to fix my transmission clutch and my oil pan. While fixing both parts they found some other issues and were extremely accommodating and worked with me to fix the issues without any problems. All I did was go buy the part. And today my car was having another unforeseen issue and called to leave a voicemail but someone was cruelly there to answer the phone and he went out of his way to check my car out for me real quick. This a great, honest company! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Fantastic experience with Empire Autohaus! I recently had my Alfa Romeo Giulia serviced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and getting my car back up and running. Karen and her husband truly know how to treat their customers. They were professional, welcoming, honest, and made me feel like my car was in good hands from start to finish. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! I definitely recommend Empire Autohaus to anyone looking for quality automotive service and people who genuinely care about their customers. I’ll absolutely be coming back!”

“Took my truck to dealership and they wanted to charge me 5,000.00 for a new torque converter I said no and took it to Haley’s transmission for second opinion. Turned out The problem wasn’t even the torque converter something much smaller and saved me 3000.00 and it is shifting better than ever. Great service!”

“I brought my Audi A7 to Mike’s Complete Care Shop to get the motor mounts replaced, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the repair with real professionalism. My car feels smoother, tighter, and drives like it should again. The workmanship was top‑tier, the turnaround time was better than expected, and the customer service was genuinely impressive.
