“I stayed at Hyatt this past weekend, and Yolandez (front desk) and Kiera (valet) made my experience amazing. Their customer service was exceptional and truly made a difference. They were so pleasant, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Customer service like that is rare. I’ll absolutely be returning!”
“Wow wow wow wow! We had an amazing time at this venue for my daughter’s first birthday. They were so accommodating and so sweet the entire time. The prices were extremely reasonable for 6 hours. The best in the area honestly. Even with us staying past the designated time they made it extremely easy to request more time and pay through the portal since luckily there was not an event booked after us. Everything was clean, well kept, and perfect for an intimate but fun event. Also, we served adult beverages and they made it so easy for the hired to security guard to be scheduled. Everything was truly seamless. I couldn’t have imagined a better venue to do this event at. With about 85 guests everyone sat comfortably including space for a dance floor and a designated kids table. The facility was well air conditioned for a 70 degree afternoon. Even all of my guests were very pleased with the venue and wanted the contact information for Destined Events Venue. We are sooooo happy we went with these lovely people! “Have to shout out Ashley from the night shift who was such a gracious host. My buddy and I walked into the hotel to check in and she was dealing with a disorderly and rude guest with such grace. Kudos to Ashley for her strong will and dedication to the hotel guests. My friend and I both work for hotel companies. We both agreed she handled that situation like a true professional.”
“I usually don’t write reviews, but after a recent experience at a Fairfield Inn in Marietta, GA (a review I’ll be sharing separately), I felt it was important to recognize this location for doing things the right way.
I have stayed at this property at least 10–15 times, and I leave happy every single time. The rooms are always clean, requests are consistently accommodated—or at the very least there is a genuine effort to meet them—and most importantly, the staff focuses on asking “How can I fix the problem?” rather than making excuses.

“Very clean, friendly staff, close to hwy but not so close you hear it. Close to food, shopping malls, and a Walmart. Very nice gym. Has a food shop, but is expensive. Kitchen in room was very nice. Bathroom was large”
