“Absolutely best customer service I’ve ever had at a phone store I forget the young lady’s name but she helped me by setting up a new account for my friend. She even was kind enough to explain the payment process for my bill which was $300. Top class of customer service absolutely outstanding.”
“I had the best service today all because of Thomas W!!! He welcomed me as soon as I walked in and had all the answers to my questions and also saved me on my monthly bill and adding internet! It's rare these days to get such great help and with TJ it was awesome, thanks again”
“Recently we switched 2 lines from Verizon (after 30 years) to Spectrum to save money. The move on my phone line was definitely a challenge and had many puzzling issues. (Discovered it was my fault for how I attempted to do things myself!) Mr. Fysh, at the Guntersville, Alabama office, worked over three days to resolve my service. (Others attempted to help but referred me back to him as he was an expert.) Mr. Fysh was calm, polite, loyal to the Spectrum brand, and went above and beyond to assist me.”
“Wife and I were there to swap her 9 year old phone to a new phone. Benesa Nix was very friendly and super helpful. There were some issues due to my wife's phone being so old (Galaxy S8+) but Benesa worked thru it and got us fixed up.”
