“Love the service of cricket ! I get two lines unlimited everything for 80 a month , you can’t beat that anywhere !!! Included is internet with unlimited data ! The people are pretty nice some of them could be better trained to know what they are talking about cause you will run across a few workers who have no clue about stuff you ask them . The place is always clean , everybody is friendly . You will have to wait for awhile at certain times due to limited workers there though that would be the only downfall for me to be honest is the wait time sometimes .”

“A friend of mine broke his iPhone 15 screen one a Saturday recently and he was supposed to go out of town for work the next day. I checked around to see if anyone was open and if they could replace the screen before they close. I was placed on hold for a few minutes, and when the lady came back to the phone and provided a very reasonable quote and said to bring it in that they could repair it today that it would take about an hour. These folks were a life saver. Highly recommend.
@for the lady that complained about being able to book an appointment only to arrive and find that they are not open. As a business owner I would have to take responsibility for that part for sure. Yes, there are unforeseen circumstances and that is understandable. But on the flip side there were pro-active things that the business could have done to prevent this from happening. Beat them up for the bad customer service you received and hopefully they apologized and I am sure there was a good reason they closed.”
“Absolutely best customer service I’ve ever had at a phone store I forget the young lady’s name but she helped me by setting up a new account for my friend. She even was kind enough to explain the payment process for my bill which was $300. Top class of customer service absolutely outstanding.”
