“Love the Irondale post office. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they follow through when you have a mail issue. (One time my apartment number was missing from my address, so I took a note with the tracking number to the post office and talked to a staff member about it. When the package arrived there a few days later, they caught it, labeled it with my unit number, and the mail carrier delivered it to me without issue. So easy and seamless.)”

“I was just issued my very first passport and misplaced it 2 weeks after receiving it in the mail. Looked everywhere for it and could not find it. I went on The State Department website and reported it “lost”. Not even 30 minutes after filing for the “lost” passport, lo and behold I found it! But since I filed for it being lost, there was no undoing that and I had to come down here to this Post Office where a very sweet and helpful lady by the name of “Ms. Lewis” helped me out. She at first told me that I needed an appointment which I knew that before coming down here but after explaining to her what I do for a living and the reason that I had to immediately file for a new one since I’m about to be going out of the country for work purposes, she made an exception, helped me out and had a very pleasant attitude with me and was nice as could be. We chatted for a few minutes while I explained to her about what type of work that I did and why I needed the replacement with the upmost quickness. Thank you “Ms. Lewis” for being so kind and helpful to me! :). And if you are reading this, I told you that I would leave you a good review! :). Ms. Lewis should teach a class on “customer service” because she is well educated in that department and Uncle Sam needs to give this lady a raise!!! Come on Trump, hook this lady up!! :)! Thank you!!!”
“My order said it was delivered but I did not receive it. I filed a claim online and 3 people reached out to me to make it right. Cassandra called, Jartshire emailed and a man came by the house (didn’t get his name). They all were trying to make it right. I did receive my package. I received excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days. Thank you Leeds Post office!”
“Love it! I actually have a PO box here. The one lady that drives a SUV is fantastic but the other lady that drives the car is always short and kind of rude. Definitely not warning to speak with.”

“Recently visited this post office to receive more information on a missing package. Hugh was incredibly friendly and helpful-- the most helpful postal worker I have ever encountered. I rarely write reviews, but I have to give him a shoutout because he really went the extra mile to help me track down a missing package and provide as much info as he could find. Thank you!”
