Customer service is conditional. Told not able to purchase card then told will not be serviced it's five minutes after 6PM.

The younger girl that works the counter is the rudest , most unhelpful, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with at a post office. When you are in a nice part of town and your staff is worse than Bessemer post office you might want to look into it .
GO TO UPS TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES !!!
