“I stopped In for a few old glass headlight bulbs and matching pigtails to upgrade my Toyotas headlights. They were very helpful and got me what I was looking for.

“First off let me say how wonderful their personality is when you walk in. Everyone there has such a professional and nice presence to them. Got my bumper fixed 18 wheeler hit me and they did amazing work. I then had something fall off one and had to get my wind shield wiper reservoir and front bumper fixed not even 2 weeks later after the first time. These people go above and beyond for you and if you just are upfront they seem to work with you. I want to say anything body now I will be their customer for life now! Also they sale weather tech but I think they have to order it and just because of how great of a job they did and how much they are I wanted to make a post to let others now A+”

“UPDATE:Just picked up my Lawn Mower and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome; it was my first time to actually meet Matt in person, since when I had dropped it off quite some time ago, he was out for lunch. He did not even mention anything about price, and when I asked he said “it was submitted under warranty, and will be covered” - and he was very professional; so I asked about looking into riding lawn mowers and he and his associate/salesman told me all I needed to know -will think more about that later, when I am ready to purchase, but of course I will shop around. I also apologized for my confusion on the process, and happy it all worked out. Thanks again!The only downside was the long wait, but I figure it is not their fault, but Toro, who makes the cables, I believe.******************************Why would Honda not want to replace (cheap cables) to honor the Warranty over one year???”
“I found my go-to mechanics! I had a problem pop up, called them, and they were booked, but they told me when to call back to see if they could get me in. I called as instructed, but they were still booked. Ì explained my situation, and he had me bring my truck up and leave it, and they would work it in. They did and called me to let me know what the problem was and that I could take it to this other place to fix it since they caused the problem and I had already paid for it to be fiixed. I asked him to go ahead and fix it, and I'd work it out with them later. They did, plus cleaned the under carrige where it had been blowing oil all over everything. They got my truck running great again, and I had it back the next day!
Just recently stopped because my check engine light came on. They checked it out real quick and let me know it was nothing to worry about and what it was. I couldn't be happier with their service.”
“While on a delivery I had a breakdown (transmission issue) close to Dothan, AL. Being worried about getting my load delivered I needed to get moving and was trying to secure a tow to the Kenworth shop. When I called Truckworx – Jessica (who is AMAZING at customer service and knows how to calm down a stressed driver) convinced me to have a technician come to me to see if he could get me going, before I spent money on towing the truck & load into the shop. Doug, the service tech was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, extremely Knowledgeable, and 100% customer satisfaction oriented. Doug kept at it until he figured out what the problem was, FIXED the problem and had me back on the road in a short period of time. AND, the cost of everything was very reasonable!!! (SO much less than a tow to the shop and getting it fixed there would have been).
I cannot be more Thankful for the great (and fast) service, Jessica, and especially DOUG – Best service I have experienced in my 20 plus years on the road!

“Very reasonable prices he has done a lot of work for me and my husband on our vehicles I dropped off my vehicle last Thursday he had my car ready for me on that following Tuesday Wayne don’t try make you fix things that doesn’t need to be fixed he straight with you on what’s wrong he does it for a very fair price and Casey he works in shop very nice does great work he pretty straight forward too about what the problem is I thank you both I’m more then happy with the work you have done on my equinox”
