“I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and always took them there to get get serviced. I recently took my truck there to get serviced and to check for a rattling noise under my truck. They informed me of a diagnostic fee to check this out. I'm okay with paying the fee, but when they misdiagnose it and then give you an estimate of over 1000 dollars to fix it, that isn't going to sit well with me. I talked to my service advisor and he stated that he will talk to the service manager and they would call me back. Four days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Poor customer service if you ask me! This isn't the first time they have misdiagnosed a problem with my truck either. If I'm paying a $165 diagnostic fee,I expect my problem to be diagnosed right! Looks like I'm going to have to find somewhere else to get my vehicles serviced from now on! UPDATE! After listening to my complaints, Jeremy reached out to me and we came to a resolution we both thought was fair. Thank you Jeremy for working with me to make things right!”

“I worked with Shane at Jim Skinner. I was wanting a specific car in a specific color. Instead of blowing me off like I have seen at other dealerships close to me in Panama City, FL he and the dealership went the extra mile. Seems like too much to ask anymore and to be fair some don't typically have the option to customize an order. Shane was never pushy he offered other options but after letting him know I wanted this car in red no exceptions I was willing to wait. He exhausted searches to find exactly what I asked for. He was able to get one that was shipped in (this is rare he explained to me). All the additional bells and whistles I wanted with it he met every one of them. The dealership and my expectations as a whole were met above and beyond. If you want the experience you should expect and a level of experience go here!!!”

“After receiving an advertisement in the mail for a holiday discount, I called to schedule an oil change, and spoke with a very friendly service associate by the name of Dominique. She was very friendly and very helpful when I called. Even though I called at around 2:30 in the afternoon, she was able to get me in for an appointment for an oil change by 3:15 the same day. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted by a few friendly faces who were eager to help me. After informing them that I had just scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and that I would like to add a tire balance and alignment, they told me they would happily get that taken care of. I waited in the nice waiting room for around an hour and a half For all of my services to be complete. Upon completion, I was shown an exact description of everything that was going on with my car, including things that I hadn't even asked about. They were very thorough and very descriptive with what was going on, and helped me understand what needed to be done. The oil change was successful, and my tires were rotated, balanced, and aligned. I would definitely use Bondy's Nissan again, I had an amazing experience!”
“Shane with O'Reilly's by Flowers Hospital is an absolute angel!! My battery was in terrible shape! I'm lucky my car didn't catch on fire! The battery acid was everywhere! Shane not only sold me the best battery but scrubbed all that mess off my connectors and changed my battery. It was so hot outside, and he didn't complain a single time. He even made jokes and treated me and my daughter like family. I will only come to this O'Reilly's for all my auto part needs. Thank you, Shane, for going above and beyond!”

“Very nice people and great customer service. I picked up 2 exhaust kits, one which they had in stock and the other one it only took them 1 day to get it for me very pleased. They were even going to leave it out for me since I was going to be cutting it close on time before they closed since I was driving from Tallahassee. I ended up making it and they loaded it all in my truck for me. Price was very reasonable about the same as anywhere online but online I would have had to wait almost two weeks!! Highly recommend this company”

“UPDATE:Just picked up my Lawn Mower and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome; it was my first time to actually meet Matt in person, since when I had dropped it off quite some time ago, he was out for lunch. He did not even mention anything about price, and when I asked he said “it was submitted under warranty, and will be covered” - and he was very professional; so I asked about looking into riding lawn mowers and he and his associate/salesman told me all I needed to know -will think more about that later, when I am ready to purchase, but of course I will shop around. I also apologized for my confusion on the process, and happy it all worked out. Thanks again!The only downside was the long wait, but I figure it is not their fault, but Toro, who makes the cables, I believe.******************************Why would Honda not want to replace (cheap cables) to honor the Warranty over one year???”
