“Admittedly, I’m a little biased since I’ve known the family most of my life, but they are solid, friendly folks all the way around. I’ve been pleased with the service and products they’ve provided me and my family over the years.
I’ve also observed how they treat/interact with customers; they consistently provide personable, fair service and are more about providing the service a person needs rather than just trying to maximize sales.”
“Recently moving to area, I was looking for a genuine “home town”, locally owned auto repair shop. I was lucky to be introduced to Bruce’s. Local, actually my neighbor, professional and extremely important, great integrity. Can’t do any better!”
“Always great service. Cheryl Reynolds did a great job finding the vehicle we wanted. After our purchase, she helped us with the paperwork and setting up all the features on the screen. She is very good at what she does. I think she is the greatest!”
“I blew a drive tire just north of Dothan. They were really fast! Plus he let me sleep through the whole process and put the receipt behind my mirror so when I woke up from my 10 hours break, I was ready to go!! I really appreciate the guys who keep us rolling!!”
“Wow. Had a blowout in the motor home. Late afternoon stranded on the road. Not only did they get me going, two new tires at a very good price. Can’t thank them enough.”

“Had my truck towed to them & they did an excellent job. Had to take it back because of an issue with the part (not their fault). Not only did they give me a lift home but they brought my truck to me when they fixed it. Runs great again! Thanks guys for going above & beyond!!!”
