“Called on a Monday morning and talked to Dwight about the issue I was having with my Honda Van. He said bring it in and even though they were very busy, he would get it worked in. I got there and met Teresa the owner of the shop, she was very friendly and asked if she could help me. I told her that I had talked to Dwight, and she knew what I was referring to. They got my Van in that morning and called me twice during the day to keep me updated. The procedure was over 5 hrs long so we decided to start on it Tuesday. Tresa called me to let me know that it was done and ready to pick up. I found the customer service refreshing and the work was prompt. I even got a text two days later asking if the van was doing well. Great place and I would highly recommend!! Friendly people and great staff.”

“Everyone has their own opinions about vehicle service stores. Normally, I do my own minor work but my wife will sometimes go to Scott's. Had to go for a flat on my truck, nail. Had a 103 temperature so couldn't do it myself. Wife took it, they tried a plug but it was flat 3 hours later. Took it back and they did a full patch. No charge either time. 5 minutes the first time and around 15 the second.I don't fault them for the first fix. Same thing I would do.One thing I noticed, very friendly and family type atmosphere. Worth it for me.”

“I must disagree with some of the ratings stating that the service is first come first serve because it’s not I seen a vehicle literally pulled up about two hours after I came and it was gotten before my vehicle I don’t know what it needed, but I don’t think they should say first come first serve because it’s not. That’s the only reason I didn’t give a five star because I’ve been here over 3 hours and still haven’t gotten started on my vehicle other than that they are great with the quality of work as far as I know. I’ve brought my 3 vehicles to them I have a update I’d like to do as I was sitting there I was called in the office because of my review and she was exceptionally nice to me she offered to take me wherever I needed to go and offered to pick the vehicle up the next day for me I really hate I did the rating I did at first oh by the way it is first come first serve but they only have one alignment machine and I may have misunderstood that there was 2 cars before mines they are a great company to do business with”
