“Stopped in late on a Sat. during trip to FL. Explained to Evan that I was unhappy with new tires I had just gotten in WI and I just wanted to make sure the tires were defect-free and properly balanced. Evan quickly got me in, thoroughly inspected the tires and re-balanced them to make sure that was not part of the issue I was having with them. Once in FL I did swap the tires for another set but I appreciate how helpful Evan was at the Dothan store.”

“It’s so many good things I can say about this company on this review from my experience dealing with them but I’m going to keep it plain and simple,if you are in Dothan Alabama and having any problems with your vehicle go to them, I was having trouble with my cooling system and I gave them a call and spoke with the owner told him what I see what was going on with my 2018 dodge ram 2500, he advised me what he would have to do gave me a price and did other things also to get me back on the road and stayed at the same price. “New to the surrounding area. I live not to far across the Florida state line so this Chevrolet dealership in Dothan, AL. is approx 35 miles for me to drive to but it turned out to be worth the trip & glad that I made the trip.
I own a 2020 Chevy Blazer & wouldn't you know, just as soon as I paid that puppy off, I get my first issue of "Shift to park" when vehicle is already in park. I googled it and of course it's common to a point of having service bulletins. Being new to the area & not knowing who or where, I looked at reviews and made a choice. Booked an appt at Marianna, FL Chevy dealership and when I arrived there that day. I was basically told they didn't have time for me in a round about way with an aggressive demeanor. Not exaggerating! Not a good first impression at all and so that is how I ended up at Soloman's the next day for appt with Vanessa and what a difference. She listens to you & everything you have to say. I truly feel she genuinely cares about you and the best interest of your vehicle. Thank you Vanessa @ Solomon's. “My car was making a noise that had to do with the clutch and components. I had my car towed to 431 Automotive and tire. They fixed my car better than anyone else had in the past. They also test drove my car to make sure nothing else was wrong. Other mechanic shops didn't test drive my car due to anyone being at the shop that could drive a standard. I appreciate everything 431 Automotive and tire did for me. The price was great due to the courtesy and caringness of the employees. I will not take my car any place else.I just wish they could work on motorcycles.”
