“I had done some shopping at the Lowe's in Athens, Alabama on Saturday and accidentally left part of my purchase at the store. Did not realize it till the next day and was not able to return to the store at that time. Could not find my receipt and thought I was just out the $20 on the merchandise I'd left. When I went by Lowe's today and was going to purchase something else. I thought I would just ask customer service if there was anything they could do. Brittany, the young lady behind the counter asked me about when I purchased it, what I purchased and how I paid for it. She took the information I gave her and looked on their computer and found my receipt and processed the return for me . It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate Brittany for taking the time and effort out to help me.”

“Just left there and Daniel was awesome he went out of his way to help. I didn’t catch the lady a check outs name but she also gave us one of the biggest greetings coming in. She made help and good conversation as we checked out! Ask for Daniel or look for the chick with the prettiest eyes they will help you to the best of their abilities!! Thanks y’all”
