“I had a experience with Tractor Supply that I'm not use to having at other places. Two visits in a row. First, I look online and it shows they have a trailer tongue that I need. So it says in stock. So I I live half hour away. So I drive there, walk in. I go to the section whete the item was supose to be and they do have them but not the one priced that I seen. So Ibam a little frustrated. I take the more expensive item to the counter and I ask the young man atvthe register ifvthey have any of the cheaper ones that shows to be in stock stocks he actually sells me the higher priced item for the price of the cheaper one and said sense you came here and it said we had it in stick then I will match the price on the better one for you. That was great. Then I buy a battery and it turns out that it was a defect. Well I waited three weeks before I ever installed it then another month or linger before I got around to taking it back. Well not one issue. They swapped the battery out with no prorated time use or anything. Just gave me a new replacement, said thank you and we ate very sorry it was defective. Live this place.”

“I have went a couple times and needed help with blinds and some flooring. Everything i have went there has been a lady ignore me every time and coloring and not paying my husband and I any attention when trying to get help once she even walked away from us leaving us felt like we were a burden.. then we had a young lady she was so upbeat compared to the other lady.. she introduced herself as sabrina I believe. She explained about the measurements and asks us questions to find what best suited our needs... if it weren't for her we would not come back.. the k ly reason I gave a 4 star rating is in regard to the exceptional service we received from ms. Sabrina. The other lady that was sitting at the desk on there hand should not have a job with public. Thank you Sabrina for helping us in more ways than you could have imagined. We will be back and will only deal with sabrina from now on! She deserves a raise, promotion, and or both.”

“Ms. Kimmie is the greatest asset to this store. We have been loyal to this Home Depot since 2014, but we feel like it went up a notch when we had kids and started bringing them to the build days. They LOVE Ms. Kimmie! She runs the best build days and loves her kids. Today was our first time at an outdoor build day. Please-give this woman whatever she needs to keep having successful kids workshops! I’d say she needs umbrellas or a tent if y’all keep hosting them outside. Pics of parents using makeshift sun protection included.”
