“Melissa at the Decatur store went above and beyond to help me out on a pump that was under warranty. The store was out of that pump but she found a bigger one that we could make work. She helped do everything she could to make it happen so I could finish the job for my customer. It did cost me a little money because it is a better pump than I bought but my customer didn't have to wait and that worked for me.”

“Joey came out of his department to help me select and cut the wood I needed for my project. He was very knowledgeable and spent at least half an hour with us helping us with everything we needed. He even helped me select the paint and primer I needed for the wood. My experience could not have been any better thanks to him!”

“Mainly go there for tools. Nice selection at good prices, but don't believe thier website. Just because the website says they have a 12 volt 2 pack od Dewalt 5ah batteries for $149, then I get there and employee tells me it could be in a box, anyplace in the store and we can't find it, even tho it says we have 10. Then since I gotta have 2 12volt batteries, I have to pay $99 a piece for 2 separate ones. But thats life.”
