“I was attempting to return an Ebay item and needed another envelope as well as the QR code read for the mailing label address. As it turns out, the return was to be by USPS not UPS, but Kristine at this UPS Store was very kind to help me. She worked to pull and read the QR code and repackaged my return in a new envelope. At that point, all I needed to do was to drop this in a US mail box. I was only charged for the envelope. She went well above and beyond what should have been required to help me, and I really appreciated it. She is an asset to her employer. I will definitely use UPS Store to mail in the future.”

I guess if I had to find a negative, it would be that the room is a bit small and can be crowded at times, but the kindness and friendliness of the staff make it an enjoyable place to be.
