“This location needs to be improved.I had a package sent to this location for pickup and it was marked return to sender prior to COB on the last day for pick up, which was 1/2. Why?!In addition, I called today as I spoke with the shipper and they said that UPS claimed today was the last day for pickup. Lisa answered the phone, and seemed to put me on the desk and eventually a few minutes later was hung up on. I called back twice after being hung up on and it went to voice mail.Update: I was able to talk to the Assistant Manager Lisa, not the employee mentioned above, and she was able to work the issue out after discovering the package was still at the facility.”
