“I had an order cancel at another store (it was a last minute order) because their printer for what I wanted was down. I sent an order to this store and called them up. Because I called the wrong store first it was a minute till close. I did not expect anyone to pick up. By some miracle someone did. I explained to the woman that I had an order at another store cancel and wanted to make sure their printers were working. I really needed my prints for my wedding this weekend. I said that I knew that they were closed but was wondering if tomorrow the order would be ready before 1pm. She said she couldn't promise anything but that their printers were working and that they should be ready before then. She mentioned putting in a note and also stated that she may be able to work on it tonight. What an absolutely amazing woman. I have worked in retail and I've had coworkers stop answering calls and doing unnecessary work any time after 10 mins to close. I don't know if the woman did start the prints tonight but just the fact she thought about it is amazing. Love the staff that has helped me with my last minute choices <3. Hope y'all get everything y'all could ever want and more.”
