“If you need to return Direct TV equipment, this is the location for the area. It was our 2nd attempt at doing finding the right place. The process was quick and easy, once we got there....best of all, we didn't have to box anything up AND it didn't cost anything at all! “Update: I am amending my original review from one star to four stars.
While it took a while for things to gain traction, once Lisa became involved, she took ownership of the issue and truly impressed us. She kept us informed, stayed with the situation, located the missing pallet, and helped make sure it was delivered to us as quickly as possible once it was found.
Stacie and Amy also reached out to follow up, which we appreciated. After being located, the pallet was delivered the next day, and the driver was very courteous. He even helped us unload the boxes since the trailer that was dispatched did not have a lift gate.
All in all, it was a very stressful experience for our small business, especially since the missing pallet contained critical components needed to resume production. Although we had used SAIA several times before without incident, this situation initially made me feel like I would never use them again.
However, seeing several people step in, take the issue seriously, and work to make it right has changed my mind. Because of Lisa’s efforts and the follow-up from the team, I would be willing to continue using SAIA’s services in the future.”
