I recently shipped more than $1,300 worth of items to my daughter, who had just moved to New York. I brought multiple items into the store that needed to be packed and shipped, and the employees were extremely patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the employees who assisted me, but I especially want to recognize the employee who has been with the store for more than 15 years. She was absolutely awesome! Her problem-solving skills were impeccable, and it was clear that her priority was finding the most economical and efficient way to pack and ship my items.
She took the time to consider my options and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses while ensuring that my belongings were properly packed and shipped. Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping a customer were greatly appreciated.
