“Got my truck aligned here super overpriced for the worst alignment I've ever had, $224 for an alignment and its still not straight I took it back and they didn't tell me they didn’t adjust the amber and caster bolt pins on the UCAs, They said my wheels are too big for them to adjust, but I’ve seen other shops do better with the same wheels and adjusted the bolts, not worth the Price

Only complaint, this us a chain store that honors warranty work nationwide. So busy every day you need an appointment. Coperate is too CHEAP to fix the air-conditioner in a Store in Alabama. You should treat your employees better that that.”

“I was traveling from Central Alabama to northern Ohio to have a celebration of life for my brother. I had a blowout 4 miles from the store. Put the spare tire on showed up at the store. Spoke to the management, told him what I needed asked me what I was doing. We had a conversation and he informed me that he had recently lost his brother. Speed of service was excellent. Got me back on the road quickly. So I didn't lose, but an hour worth of time from the tire.
