“So I was on a DoorDash and my tire went fully flat. I just so happened to pull into there tire company not realizing (after hours) so I called to leave a voicemail saying I had no money and couldn’t tow the car and asked them not to tow it. (In voicemail) got a call back within 20 minutes saying it was fine and that he wasn’t gonna tow it. Then just got a call about 20 minutes ago saying there men fixed my tire so I asked how much (because I would’ve paid overtime) and he said not a thing happy new years. So I would definitely say the customer support is great aswell and the employees are very very friendly. Thank you guys so much :))))”

“Yea they do great work as well as Speedy work!! Only just like every other business up and down 6th Av they have no parking lot and you got to do some true spiritual type praying You know like ten Hail marys and rosaries and all that if your turning left on to 6th ave out of their around 5 or 6 pm!! Like I said though that is not a stain on the business's actual work ethics and the speed in which they get jobs done. Probably 75% of all stores and other business from the river bridge to almost the beltline in 6th ave no difficulty in and out”
“Just want to give a shout out to the guys at Ok Used Tires! I visited my daughter in Decatur, and my tire was flat when I went to leave. The tire was dry rotted, so I couldn't fix it myself. I took it to Ok, and was able to replace three dry rotted tires on my van with great quality used tires. I didn't have the funds to replace with new tires. The guys there were very knowledgeable, and got me going in a short amount of time. One of my tires was in great condition, and they pointed that out. They said that I didn't need 4 tires, just 3. They could have sold me 4, but they aren't trying to rip people off. They are just trying to keep us rolling down the road for the best price available. I will definitely give them my business again in the future, and let all of my family and friends know that they take good care of you there.”
