“Called around noon and was able to be seen at 3:15. The office staff is so nice & friendly. Both ladies that I spoke with were super sweet, understood my concerns, and were so genuine. Dr. Acosta was great! He was very thorough, personable, and my baby loved him!! She even WILLINGLY let him clean her teeth—if you know her, that’s huge! She was so comfortable with the staff. They all were helpful, kind, and friendly. You could tell that they enjoy all of their patients. They are also the most reasonably priced vet in Limestone County as well. So glad we’ve finally found OUR vet!! ?”
“Unfortunately, our cat is no longer with us and will be missed. However, the staff exhausted every option to keep her alive. When it was time to put her down, the staff were very empathetic and thoughtful, really allowing us to focus our attention on saying goodbye above everything else. “I have always had a great experience with everyone in the office. I love that they take the time to explain your pets needs and offer advice. We have boarded one of our cats here and received pictures of her everyday. Our cat is a nervous girl but seemed to absolutely love her stay. When board our dogs they come home happy and healthy!”
