“Love, love, LOVE this place. My cat, Jim, is always very upset about boarding and vet trips but I feel like I never have to worry about his safety with Catisfaction. The boarding area is always immaculate and, as much as Jim hates it, a two-cat suite is perfect for him and reduces his stress way more than the traditional single-space metal kennels in typical vet/boarding spaces.I live in south Huntsville and, unless Catisfaction opens an office down here (which I hope they do lol), I’ll never not make the trek out to Madison for the health of my boy ❤️”

“Our family moved overseas and due to short notice of our move, we were initially unable to take our cat with us. West Madison Veterinary Hospital is one of the few places in the area that handles international pet relocations. We boarded our cat with them until we could get all her paperwork done and they were amazing with her. The staff sent plenty of updates on how our cat was doing, and always made sure to let us know when her food was running low so we could restock. She ended up being there way longer than we intended, but we had peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Staff played with her often and gave her lots of love and attention. Vermonica was the doctor in charge of the health certificates. She worked directly with the company we hired to help with relocation of our cat, going above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them enough for any international travel needs!”
