“After taking my boy scooter to 2 different emergency vets over the weekend, because he was favoring his right leg and with nothing but a small mass being popped on his hind paw. The vet at the Huntsville vet emergency care clinic was rough and pulling and pushing and squeezing scooters leg to make him yelp and making his situation worse. All he did was pop a mass on his foot and said done. And walked out scoots was in pain and whining all night Sunday night and we knew we had to see an actual vet. We came to town and country and They cared a lot about scooter! They could tell he was in pain. The vet was super gentle. Didn’t force him to do anything he didn’t want to do. The vet was soooo compassionate. He sedated scoots and took X-rays only to find cancer that had been spreading. :( unfortunately we had to make a tough decision but the vet was super sweet and he let me spend as much time before with scooter and after. The billing and payment option was easy and they did their best not to intrude on our time. I’m glad that we took scoots last moments here where he was shown compassion and kindness. I will forever be grateful for this vet clinic.”

“If you need a compassionate vet for your pet AND a vet that cares about their customers, this is the place to go. I have a few neurological health issues that make it hard for me to be in certain lighting due to them triggering my epilepsy, and had an embarrassing moment where I was close to passing out due to all the stress I was under dealing with my cat being unwell. They didn't panic, calmed me down, got me water, and were so, SO kind and understanding. Because of that, I was able to stay and focus on my pet despite it all, which meant so much to me.To the staff here, seriously, thank you all so much for having so much care toward your customers. You are all wonderful!!”
